Slow Cooker Pantry Chili

With COVID-19 running rampant, once plentiful grocery stores are now barren or consistently low in household essentials.

Many of us are now are relying on the essentials that we on hand to prepare meals.

With that being said, I present you, our chili made out of staples that can be found in your pantry and fridge:

  • Ground Beef
  • Canned Beans
  • Canned tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • Our House Spice Blend – perfect for any dish that needs a little kick
  • Minced Garlic– Made in house

As the title suggests, we simply mixed all of the ingredients into the slow cooker on high for 4 hours and let time do the rest.

Chili is one of those wonderful dishes that can be served by itself or over a bed of tortilla chips for kid friendly meal. Or you can dress it up for a classic Frito Chili Pie.

    1. Hey! Yes, the supermarket only had “grain free” tortilla chips available. They were made out of Cassava root. Oddly enough, they tasted very similar to traditional tortilla chips.
