We love garlic so much we decided to save money by mincing our own.
3 bulbs of Garlic
Carrying oil – this is to prolong the shelf life of the garlic.
step one.. Peel and roughly chop your garlic. Once done, use a food processor to mince the garlic.
step two.. Place your freshly minced garlic in a container. Add your carrying oil. We choose to use olive oil. About 90% of anything we use olive oil for has garlic. Plus, now we have garlic infused olive oil. 🙂
That’s it! This jar will last us almost an entire month.
