What goes better with fried fish than a citrus, herb-infused sauce?!
This sauce is perfect. It’s creamy and refreshing. Packed full of flavor, yet it doesn’t overpower the delicate taste of the fish that its paired with.
Best of all. It is so easy to make!
1/4 cup of onion *totally optional, but it adds texture*
2 tablespoons of dill relish
1.5 cups of mayo
1 teaspoon of dill – fresh or dry
1/2 cup of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
**salt and pepper to taste**
the only step… mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge until time to serve.
